We are committed to providing high-quality, engaging, and up-to-date marketing online courses & training to empower marketing students, professionals, and business owners worldwide. As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and talented Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Marketing strategist, you will research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals. You will design profitable marketing campaigns and spearhead market research efforts to help the company generate more course sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Define and refine target customer personas to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google, YouTube, social media, email, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop a content strategy that supports the marketing plan and engages our target audience.
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling, educational, and shareable content that enhances brand awareness, drives traffic, and generates sales.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics to increase online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our reach and enhance the company’s market positioning.
  • Collaborate with universities, partners, and thought leaders to amplify our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience 
  • Ability to work remotely. 
  • Attend weekly or bi-monthly meetings based on your role with the supervisor and other team members when required.

Time:  10 hrs to start with the potential to increase as requirements increase.
