Next, paste the product link, such as the landing page URL for the product you want to promote. For this example, we’re using the link to our GoHighLevel course landing page. Then, click “Analyze URL.”

Creatify will now analyze your URL and automatically extract the product name, description, and media assets. Review the details to ensure everything looks accurate—you can also edit the product name or description if needed.

You can also click the “Edit” button below the media section to view all the media files Creatify has pulled from your product landing page. From here, you can customize your ad by adding or removing media based on what you want to include. Once you’re satisfied, click “Save.”

Step 1: As mentioned earlier, to create a custom avatar, you’ll need to provide a one-time recording of yourself. In this first step, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to record the footage, including tips on what to do and what to avoid.
For the best results, your recording should be between 2 to 5 minutes long, with you looking directly into the camera in a quiet, stable environment. Avoid shifting positions during the recording. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the official Creatify guide.
Step 2: Once your recording is ready, upload it in one of the following formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI. The maximum file size allowed is 1000 MB.
Step 3: You’ll then need to provide video consent by uploading a consent video for granting permission to Creatify to use your footage to create your custom avatar.
After completing these steps, Creatify will review your video. If it meets the necessary criteria, your custom avatar will be ready and available in your dashboard. You will also receive a notification via email once your custom avatar is created and ready to use.
From that point on, you can use your personalized avatar when creating video ads in Creatify, instead of relying only on the pre-built AI avatars.

Go to the “Scripts” section on the left panel. Under the Voice tab, you’ll find your script. From here, you can enable or disable the voiceover for your video. You can also choose a voice that best suits your content.

This means you can make edits and adjustments as needed without wasting credits. Once you’re happy with the result, you can proceed to render the video, and only then will your credits be used. Just note that avatar lip-sync accuracy isn’t shown in preview mode—it’s only visible in the final rendered version.

Unused Credits Are Not Carried Forward
In Creatify, credits are issued monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan. However, if you’re on a monthly plan, any unused credits will not roll over to the next month, unlike some other AI video tools we’ve used. For instance, if you receive 50 credits per month, any unused portion will expire at the end of that month and will not be carried forward into the next month.
